    Notes:

    Ronald started in the advertising business after being discharged from the Air Force after the Korean Conflict. Started working for J. Walter Thompson Advertising Agency in Detroit. Then in 1957 he was transferred to Dallas. He later worked for several other agencies - always in automotive advertising retiring in 1983 from Doyle Dane Bernbach in New York City. Returned to Dallas then later after the death of daughter Valerie he went back to work on the Buick account then later changed - retiring again in 1990 on his 60th birthday from Backer Spielvogel Bates.
    He seemed to live to play golf playing daily. Also played cards gin probably daily. He was chairman of the board of Canyon Creek Country Club where he played golf. Most people who knew him remarked on his `living` at Canyon Creek! He was also president of the homeowner's association in the neighborhood in wich he lived.
